Rob Brian

Hi Guys,

I thought it would be good to drop you a line and say hi in advance of my Palace Drum Clinic that I'll be doing on January the 19th in Redditch. I will be chatting about life in the studio and sharing with you some top info. This includes preparing for a session, building click tracks, dealing with artists, drum kit choices, tuning, playing musically and charting for tracks and so much more.
The fantastic Matt Green will also be playing in the first half and sharing his wisdom and wealth of drum knowledge.

Matt has built up a great little drumming community here and I’m very happy that these sessions remain relaxed and highly informative. I know you’ll find our evening really useful with plenty of drum demonstrations from myself and Matt, with plenty of time to chat drums, ask questions and really get into some interesting stuff that you can use in your playing.

We will have several drum giveaways on the night and a raffle where the winner will get a new 16” Bosphorus Crash Cymbal. I am also giving away one of the cymbals from my personal collection that has seen some very exciting session time….More about that on the night!!
To be in with a chance of winning this cymbal, come armed with a stonking drummer joke that I have never heard…..So get your thinking caps on! :)
Hardcase have sent some goodies and Craig from Cympad will be on hand demonstrating their products, with a few to share out too no doubt!
So, basically there will be plenty of drummy candy to receive throughout the entire evening!

Really looking forward to meeting you all and I can promise you a great evening.

Catch you soon,
